I know exactly how heavy that energetic weight can get, because 7 years ago, I wasn't just tired- I was crawling on the bathroom floor because my body finally gave out.
Hi, my name is Vanessa.
For most of my life, my sensitivities felt like a curse.
I feel so deeply. I recognize patterns, I sense layers beneath what’s happening on the surface, I can’t help but feel something about everything. And instead of feeling powerful, I often felt overwhelmed. Disempowered. Weak.
It all built and built inside of me- mentally, emotionally, and energetically. I was carrying so much density in my body that eventually the buildup became chronic pain, illness, and exhaustion. And I became bedridden.
One day, I was crawling to the bathroom because the dizziness, fatigue, and neurological issues had gotten to the point that even a short walk felt difficult most days. And I remember thinking:
This must be rock bottom.
Because I literally and metaphorically could not get any lower. The way that I was living had brought my body all the way to the floor.
And that was the moment everything changed.
Because somewhere along my healing journey, I realized my sensitivity was never the problem.
The problem was that I had not been taught how to work with it. I had never been shown how to accept it, channel it, or attune to it in a way that made it a source of power rather than pain.
Once I began to hone my sensitivity, everything started to change.
What once felt overwhelming became intelligent.
What once felt destabilizing became guiding.
What once felt like weakness became one of my greatest strengths.
I thought that my uniqueness was the reason I couldn’t belong in the world… until I discovered that it was actually one of my deepest gifts.
As my life changed, I began to notice how many other people are living with the same silent experience- deeply feeling, highly aware, incredibly gifted people who have been made to feel broken by the very things that make them powerful.
So many people are waiting to be accepted before they let themselves fully claim their gifts. They are waiting for permission to believe that their sensitivity is not a liability, but a form of wisdom.
And I get emotional when I think about this, because while they wait, the people they are here to help are waiting too.
So that’s why I created The Attuned Human Community.
Because whether someone simply learns how to move through everyday life without feeling constantly overwhelmed, or whether they go on to impact hundreds, thousands, or millions of people- it all matters just the same.
I know how much this work changed my one life, how it rippled far beyond just myself. And I know that even if it had only helped me come back to myself, that alone would have been powerful. But healing never stops with one person.

What is Quantum Realignment?
Quantum Realignment is Vanessa's signature energy shifting method that helps clear energetic density, emotional charge, subconscious patterns, and distortions from the energy field so you can return to a deeper state of wholeness and alignment.
This work is based on the understanding that everything is energy, and that we are connected to a larger quantum field where time and space are not as fixed as they appear in our physical reality. What are Energy Clearing Transmissions?
The Energy Clearing Transmissions are mindfully created, supercharged energy clearings in audio format so that you can listen calmly without visual stimulation, as once the nervous system is calm, the energy work can go deeper.
You simply open, attune, and allow the energy to move through you.
How can one transmission initiate healing in multiple people, at different times, from far away?
Because energy is not bound by time or space in the way the physical body is.
